We bid farewell to 2018 in which we have reaped the extraordinary achievements and usher in a hopeful 2019. No matter how many thorns and bumps on the road tomorrow, let's jointly work more and complain less in the new year. Let's work hard with our firm confidence, diligence, wisdom and energy to dedicate all our passion and talents to a new chapter of company and personal development! With the theme of "Genuine Geanway on the Way to Success", all Geanway members gather together to review the achievements made in the past year and to draw up a new plan for the development in the new year.
Encourage and award outstanding employees
Adhering to the philosophy to "Integrity management innovation and development", Geanway attaches great importance to talent development, actively reserves talents, encourages outstanding employees, and creates an inclusive environment for employee development. In this annual convention, awards, including the Best Potential Award, the Best Diligence Award, the Best Dedication Award, the Best Progress Award and the Best Innovation Award, are granted to our employees. The Cost Department is also awarded as the Best Team, because a team is the fortress to converge strength as one tree does not form a forest.
This convention also provides a splendid audio-visual entertainment. Our talented staff present a variety of exciting programs and games. We have enjoyed beautiful Chinese songs, such as Hold On To My Dream by Beyond and In My Age by Qi Yi, the pleasant dances Win the Bidding and Light of Night, and the interactive program Work Together that reflects teamwork.
In addition, bountiful gifts are delivered after grand prizes of the exciting lucky draw are revealed. In the burst of cheers, we bid farewell to 2018 with joy. The annual convention finally comes to an end in a Chinese song named The One Who Gains the Trust of the People Wins.
In the coming new year, we will strive for further achievements and keep moving forward. We are now holding hopes and expectations waiting for the upcoming 2019. Geanway members will jointly strive for a more magnificent blueprint from the new starting point where we stand side by side!
