Completion of the project doesn't mean the end of the service, quality of post-project service and maintenance will be provided to client as well.
■ Following the completion of a project, the project is configured with warranty responsibilities until the end of the stated warranty period, Geanway assists the clients associated personnel to understand and deal with maintenance and emergency issues.
■ Geanway provide a fully comprehensive handover document, which includes all the information of the project, including the operation & maintenance manual of the equipment and system, the formalities during the implementation of the project and all the information related to the construction, to provide accurate support for the operation of the facility.
■% According to the regular changes caused by the materials and construction technology used in the project, the [pre-controlled periodic return visit] is formulated: the third and sixth months after the completion of the project and before the winter and rainy seasons;
