Vibracoustic China Co., Ltd. New Auxiliary Plant Project

Vibracoustic China Co., Ltd. is an overseas production plant, which been 100% funded by Japan NOK. The main production is NOK vibration proof department’s important products – (TORSIONAL VIBRATION DAMPER, short write “TVD”), a component used to reduce the torsional vibration of the crankshaft of an automobile engine. Products are mainly supplied to Toyota, Honda, Mazda, Suzuki etc. car makers. Vibracoustic rubber China Co., Ltd was registered and established in Xishan economic development zone of Wuxi on April 15, 2002, and formally put into production in June, 2003, with a total investment of about 70 million US dollars. Officially renamed as Vibracoustic China Co., Ltd. in August, 2019.
The project is located at No. 168, Chunhui east road, Yunlin Street, Xishan economic development zone, Wuxi city, Jiangsu province, adopting EPC model. It is mainly composed of three major projects, namely, New Auxiliary Plant, renovation of workshop and dismounting of casting workshop. The construction area of this period is 2891㎡, and the structure is single-layer light steel structure with partial double layers.
